Smart Coat the single machine for coating Full & spot U,V, Varnish on paper and board,or else Aqua Vanish also can be done. Smart Coat has experienced technical upgrades based on the original; coating machine. the machine is a kind of high and new tech product integrating light, machinery and electricity with pneumatic. This machine can do full and Spot U.V. Varnish on thick& thin paper . The speed of machine is 8000 sheets/Hr. with accurate registration on spot jobs and high gloss on full jobs. Conventional varnish or water based varnish can also be done on this machine. The machine includes all technological solutions for easier and to increase productivity.Smart Coat has independent space for every working stations and can be assembeled as per client’s request.

  9. Automatic Delivery: According to differentpaper-weight, paper down speed can be designed variously,uses the lowest energy to keep the best effect.
  10. Smooth Delivery: Tunnel-type air suction has been adopted in the whole machine,so that the paper will go smoothly and delivered orderly.
  11. U.V. Coating : varnish is controlled by frequency – converting speed regulation
